What you might want to know

Which cities does it work in?
Anywhere — the live tracking is GPS-based. The plate-scan feature is tuned for TH, PH, ID, VN, MY plate formats so far. We're adding more weekly.
What happens when I press SOS?
A 3-second hold sends your current live location, the last driver plate you scanned, and your custom SOS message to every trusted contact at once. They can tap to see your live map and call you.
Does it drain my battery?
Live tracking uses GPS during the ride only — it stops automatically when you arrive. A 20-minute ride costs about 2-3% battery.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email. Premium access stays through the current billing period.
Do I need a LINE account?
Yes. Ride Safe lives inside LINE. Trusted contacts also need LINE accounts (which is most of ASEAN already).
